The current status of the channel, as follows:
In-service (INSERV) - the normal state
Facility-out-of-service (FOOS)
Manually-out-of-service (MANOOS)
Hardware-out-of-service (HWOOS)
broken - diagnostics did not pass on the card and it may have
to be replaced

| Time
|
The time and date of the last change in state of the channel.
|
| Service
|
The associated service name or a DNIS designation indication.
|
| Phone
|
The switch extensions that correspond to the channel.
|
| Group
|
Not applicable.
|
| Opts
|
The equipment options (talk or TDM.)
|
| Type
|
The type of voice card being used. This column always reads AYC41.
